Learning a little bit more about code might not be such a bad thing.
Not part of the question but something I can’t seem to get away from since the term was introduced to me in this class are positive feedback loops.

It depends on what the product is. For some smaller niche items it may catch on but I don’t think it will for the bulk of mass manufacturing products. I have to agree with a lot of the prior posts; fraud is a cost of doing business. There will always be a cost-benefit argument that will go into how secure retailers make their systems.
