While the concept of the Amazon dash button is a very interesting idea in E-Commerce, I do not think it will become a common household item any time soon. Very interesting article on how rapidly changes are occurring and makes one think about what needs to happen to keep up with the competition!
I do not work in a company that has a SAP. I work for a small family business and I am trying to implement new technologies, information and strategies into the company. I believe that a SAP would be great in the company that I am in because at times we are very out of date with the entire ordering and shipping out process. For your second question I do believe that if the checkout is easier than people will be repeat customers. Humans tend to do what is fimiliar to them and many people are very skeptical about online purchases, so having one that you trust is an important aspect in the e-commers industry moving forward.
