A KPI I use on a daily basis is win rate when I play video games. I use this KPI to determine if in however long of a set of games I am playing well or struggling to perform. I think I make the mistake of using the wrong data type the most, which can be a critical error. However, I believe the most critical thing to do is to make a backup file before beginning.
