I am coming into business development from a software integration and cable/IPTV video streaming background. Cloud technology is going to make creating a startup company simpler and give it a better chance of success. Amazon has had the marketshare of the cloud market, but with Google and Microsoft making strong pushes into the market with Google Cloud & Microsoft Azure, prices will only become more affordable.
The streaming media and digital marketing industries have been experiencing a significant increase in M&A the past few years. I expect that trend to continue for several more years.
