This week, I spent some time redoing the work breakdown structure. I plan on making more revisions. I am looking forward to meeting with my BA’s next week in order to see how their prototype is coming along and to help answer any questions they have.

This week, my group and I scheduled the last couple meetings with Courtney to go over our deliverables. They just took their second exam this week so we plan on meeting with them next week to make sure they start the prototyping now. We are starting to revise our current drafts of our deliverables as well as completing others we haven’t completed yet.

This week, I was able to send my groups deliverables to Courtney for feedback. I hope to get feedback to make corrections on our work. My group had our second meeting with Courtney and it went well. From what we told her she was impressed on what we accomplished and looked forward to reviewing our work.

I was able to meet up with most of my BA’s Monday to see how their doing with the project. We also talked about my experience with the tests from last year since their test was on Tuesday. I also spent more time using Microsoft project. I haven’t had much experience with it but playing around with it is helping me understand it more.

This week, our BA”s had better communication with my group. We are getting answers from them more often. Overall their doing well. We went over their team scope document and gave them advice on how to make it better. My group and I plan on meeting up with them next week to check on their progress.

I’ve met my fellow Project managers and the business analysts that we will be working with this semester. When we first met the BA’s, we told them we would always be here to help them if they had any questions regarding the project. However, the BA’s don’t seem to communicate well with us.
