After learning about business rules and decision trees, I took away that decision trees can be used in any given situation really. Do I really need to buy ANOTHER pair of shoes? I am a marketing major, so in my opinion, both ERDs and Swimlane diagrams are both super resourceful. If I had to pick one to focus more on for marketing I would say implement the Swimlane diagram.
