I believe that both are important to rate each on priority depends on the business itself. As an example I work in the financial industry we service customers and their needs which is understandably high priority however, if I needed a car part(for instances) I believe SCM is of importance because I would need my car serviced for transportation…[Read more]

As an audit and account reconciler a swim lane diagram would be most helpful. Throughout the day I work with several other departments to fully complete a task.
