Simplifying Web Development with Accessibility
As the internet becomes a more powerful tool for business, so does accessibility. Oftentimes, websites are built without accessibility features kept in mind. As a result, efficiency is decreased as developers spend more time tackling issues instead of reinventing tools while users struggle to access features. Throughout this LinkedIn course, I was able to learn tools made available to web development and their specific guidelines towards proper utilization. For example, using buttons instead of divs to trigger a specific course of action. I feel that this course is beneficial for MIS-individuals as they explore the current tool set they possess through the curriculum and create projects of their own.
