- Overview: Developing a real-time, interactive Tableau dashboard to present different attributes of Global IT Demands such as Resources & Allocation, Project Team, Hours, and IT areas for auditing purposes.

- Gather requirements from stakeholders including IT Area Managers, PMO Leads, and Project Manager
- Created dashboard wireframe to get early feedback
- Utilized SQL and Tableau that connects to ServiceNow’s dataset to develop real-time dashboard through multiple iterations to receive feedback and satisfy the needs.
