- My main responsibilities are to utilize monitoring tools such as Xymon, Remedy, and GLPI to manage +30 servers of Temple schools and Temple Hospital and to handle tickets regarding to those servers.
- Two of the projects that I am working on is to analyze the performance of Engineering and Operations department regarding to specific metrics and perform Windows OS migration.
- I have learned a lot about IT infrastructure including data center, virtual and physical servers, and operating systems such as Linux
