Week Ending 10/10/14 Journal Entry
The weeks seem to be going by faster and faster with the end of this project quickly approaching. The third and final interview was conducted this past Tuesday, the 7th. The Project Managers made a strong showing at the interview to show support for our Business Analysts. Myself, Zach, Courtney, and Michelangelo made it to the interview and provided guidance to some helpful questions that this Subject Matter Expert could answer. We as PM’s, have decided to split into two teams and work on separate deliverables. The strategy seems to be working very well. This week myself, Courtney, and Emily met up to finalize our Project Charter document. It is complete, yet we are waiting for revisions from Professor Moustafellos on our team scope document. We are looking to finalize the majority of our documents and deliverables in the next two weeks. Significant work will need to be accomplished. And significant time will need to be spent with the Business Analysts prototyping. Overall the status of our project is fair. However the necessary steps are being made.
