Week Ending 10/24/14 Journal Entry
Our team of Project Managers and Business Analysts are really starting to work together really well. We finally got our BA’s to log their hours for the week so we may be able to actually create an accurate budget. My crew of project managers met this week to finalize two deliverables. We worked on and finalized the change management plan as well as our project charter (contingent on scope changes provided by the BA’s). We also met as a team on Thursday at the tech center to go over prototyping. Surprisingly things seem to be hitting their stride. Hopefully a finalized work breakdown structure is in the works and will be shown to our entire team by this upcoming week.
