D&D Boating- Manager

D&D Boating runs a boat rental at Beltzville State Park with a fleet of over fifty boats and six employees. My position as manager, dealt with scheduling, hiring, and maintaining a staff for daily operations. The crisis management strategies that I developed for dealing with bad weather, broken boat parts, and other miscellaneous occurrences, have helped me develop a strong critical thinking process for my college studies.
