Week Ending 11/21/14 Journal Entry
This past week our group has realized that our BA’s are in a very good position to succeed with their prototype and presentation. Out of all of their peers in their class, they believe that they are the front runners when it comes to progress of the solution. After meeting with the team of BA’s and reviewing their progress, they really have made a great prototype. Things are coming together with their actual presentation slide deck to the project sponsor that will be held either on December 2nd or 4th. Our team of Project Managers has met twice in the past week to finalize our list of deliverables, and to put the finishing touches on all of our documents. Over the Thanksgiving break, we will have all of documents finalized and 100% perfect for the delivery and finalization of the project.
