Week Ending 10/17/14 Journal Entry
This week the three members of my side of the PM team stepped up and completed the deliverables that were due for our class. I completed the stakeholder analysis, Courtney completed the Organization Chart, and Emily completed the RACI chart. Minor revisions will need to be made however all three were very good. This upcoming week we plan on meeting together to work on deliverables and continue making revisions to existing documents. It is still difficult to find a reoccurring time to meet altogether. Our BA’s are continuing to prototype, but we need to keep a closer eye on their progress. We plan on meeting up with them this weekend or early next week to help with their studying for their second exam, and to go over their concrete progress.
