Week Ending 10/31/14 Journal Entry
My team is really hitting its stride. We all received feedback on what the other members of the team thought about us and we really seem to be doing well. It doesn’t seem to be a problem at all that some times don’t seem to work for others. We all make it work and get the necessary work completed. My one concern is that I haven’t had that much input on the work breakdown structure and the things being done in Microsoft Project. That has been worked on by Michelangelo primarily, but my subset of project managers has been grinding out deliverables at a great pace.
