Week Ending 11/7/14 Journal Entry
This week has been relatively productive with our team embracing constructive criticism. It has come to my attention that a few Project Managers have been holding these 1:1 meetings with some of our BA’s and I really didn’t understand what the motive was with this technique. I didn’t want to make it seem like some of our team was slacking and not trying to meet with our BA’s. After discussing this issue, with our team the interests of these individuals were good in general. They generally cared about the quality of the project and they were really trying to make sure our BA’s were succeeding. However, their communication with the rest of the group was lacking and we just didn’t know how we could contribute.
We have a meeting planned for this Sunday dedicated solely for prototyping. We are trying to bribe our team with football and pizza, so hopefully this meeting gets everyone on the same page and back in working order.
