Personal Journal Entry- 10/24
This week we kept in very good communication with our BAs. We met with them twice this week. In our first meeting, our BAs showed us their most recent scope document and we helped them revise it. Later in the week, we met again and we helped them pretty much solidify their scope and brainstorm ideas as to how to make their prototype idea into an actual prototype. All us PMs collectively feel confident in our BA’s progress.
The PM deliverables are still coming along slowly but surely. We made good progress on the budget and work breakdown structure, but we need to revise our other deliverables. Overall, we are moving along smoothly; I think we are in our performing stage.
