Personal Journal Entry- 11/14/2014
Our team is continuing to stay on top of the project. The prototype is coming along nicely; there is just a few adjustments to be made. We are helping our BAs come up with the best presentation strategy and helping them come up with more business rules. The scope is continuing to be finalized and I feel the team has a good idea of what else needs to be done. All members are posting their time and what they worked on to make our budget as accurate as possible. Additionally, our risk management plan is just about done. Next week, I want to see more business rules; if our BAs are still struggling, I will go through their prototype to help them come up with more. Overall, I am still feeling confident in the success of our project.
