Personal Journal Entry- 12/5
This week, our BAs successfully presented their prototype. In the beginning of the week, I met up with them a couple times to watch their presentation and give feedback. As a PM, I was very impressed by my team and I think Tony was impressed by their prototype. In the beginning, it was rough getting the ball rolling, but around the halfway point, my team really pulled together and did a fantastic job. Today, their scopes are due, so we looked over it one last time for them. Additionally, today, all the PMs met up and gathered all our documents for our binder. It went very smoothly because we all did our part. I am so proud of my team and it was a great semester working with them all.
