Personal Journal Entry- 11/21/2014
This past week, our BAs have finalized their prototype and created their presentation. As we meet this week, us, the PMs, are going to run through their presentation and prepare them for the “big day”. We are also going through their prototype to make sure it is functional. I will touch base with them about their scenario which lays out how their prototype works.
For the PMs, over break, we will finalize our deliverables. We have delegated and split the work up to make it manageable. I feel confident in our team as a whole and I think we are going strong. Everyone is recording their hours for the budget and everyone responds to correspondence. After break, we will reconvene and make sure everyone is still on track.
