Personal Journal Entry- 11/7/2014
Again, this week, we have been quite productive. Our BAs have stepped into gear and are continuously updating their prototype. They are meeting with their professor every week and they responsive to us. Their scope is just about done and they have completed a use case which helped them layout their prototype. I’ve checked their use case and updated prototype and I think everything makes sense and is coming together quite nicely. The next step for us, PMs, is to try and get out BAs to record how much time they work on each item so we can accurately update our deliverables. It will be difficult because there is nothing in it for them, but so far they’ve done everything we’ve asked so I am keeping hope. Personally, I am continuing to practice with Microsoft Project so I can be an asset to my team in that sense. Overall, I am still impressed with our progress and I am going to try to keep that momentum for the rest of the semester.
