Personal Journal Entry- October 31st
Our team is making pretty good progress. Our BAs have completed a draft prototype. We looked over their draft and gave them input to improve it by next week. Additionally, our BAs have been diligent with our scope by continuing to go to their professor to improve it. Their scope is basically done for now.
PMs have updated several of our delieverables including: budget, WBS, critical path, and project schedule. To help with the budget, our whole team will be updating a spreadsheet with the hours we worked on a specific item so our budget to actuals is accurate. Overall, I am impressed with our progress. I think our team as a whole has kicked it into gear and will have no issues completing the project on time.
