Personal Journal Entry 3
This week, we realized that we were falling behind and needed to create urgency among the group. We met with Mr. Flannagan and explained that we needed everyone to be active in the e-mail threads and to contribute to group deliverables. After doing this, we have noticed a huge improvement. Using the e-mail thread, we now have designated days and times in which the group will meet up and discuss the status of the project. While we have one BA who is still MIA, we are determined to get him involved immediately. On my part, I developed the group organizational chart so we all better understand our roles and how we will contribute to the project.
