Personal Journal Entry 10
Over the last week, we met with the BA’s and made sure that all of their deliverables were prepared. We met with some of the BA’s in alter and went over their scope document and business rules as well. All in all, the presentation went well and we were very pleased with the results. Later in the week, the project managers met together and over viewed all of the documents we had to hand in with our binder. Increased urgency and steady communication helped us achieve great results with this project.
