Personal Journal Entry 4
This week we found our group improving in communication and we are almost where we want to be. Many of the BAs are actively taking part in the e-mail thread now and have done a great job coming to the project managers for help. Next Thursday, I will meet with the business analysts to help overview different scenarios during this project. Personally, I developed a rough draft for the organizational chart of our team. I also met with Eugene to discuss where there group was with the project and future goals that we have to assure that we do not fall behind as our deliverables are due.
