Personal Journal Entry 9
This week, our group went over and edited our change management plan as well as our communications plan. I was unable to participate in the meetings this week because of an overload of work from other classes, but have been told that the prototype is well underway and looks great. Jim e-mailed the BA’s a video of our presentation from last semester and the group has decided to do the same for their presentation. In the next week, I hope to update the organizational chart and edit other PM documents as well.
