Personal Journal Entry 6
This week the BAs started working on their prototypes. Currently, they want to mock up ideas on WordPress before using JustinMind just so they get an idea of the direction that they want. We also started working on earned value management using Microsoft Project to determine if we are over or under budget. Communication has remained strong from the BAs, besides one of them. Next week we want to meet with all of the BAs to move further along in the prototype process.
