This project involved various courses designed to further develop my skills. The first course introduced the core features of Microsoft Project. I learned how to build a project schedule where I linked tasks together and assigned resources. In the second course, Becoming an Agile Project Manager, I further developed my perspective of leading Agile project teams and the various frameworks such as Scrum. I learned about the efficiency of the Agile methodology compared to the waterfall approach. This learning path is great for anyone interested in project management. The last course discussed how design thinking is a user-centered way of solving problems. I learned how to adopt a design thinking mindset and the process that turns the design into reality. This course recognizes the importance of implementing extensive collaboration and new strategies to solve problems.
