Business Services Sales Operations Intern

As a Business Services Sales Operations Intern for Comcast Corporation, I worked under the Vice President of Small-to-Medium sized business to business Sales. Throughout my time as an intern, I regularly coordinated with the Sales Support & Analysis team to enhance operational efficiencies throughout the sales department. I worked to audit the sales processes of hundreds of sales representatives, to determine if they were following proper scripts and protocols. Then, I helped migrate this data into a pivot table to show which steps were and were not being followed properly, organized by department and location. Also, I migrated hundreds of documents from the Comcast Business Portal to the internal Salesforce.com site as an acting administrator to the site. Furthermore, I was given large amounts of data alongside updated information regarding new corporate processes, and condensed this information into documents and matrixes that were quick and easy for upper-level management to read. The documentation I created throughout the summer was deployed to dozens of sales representatives on a regular basis as well.
