Personal Journal Entry #6
This week my group met with the BA’s who divided up the final deliverable’s to assign whose accountable/responsible for what. Nick had contact with Victor which is the first communication with the PM’s for the project. Hopefully he will buckle down and show some effort in finishing the project because it is going to be crunch time. Moving forward we will need constant communication and bi-weekly status reports should be beneficial in meeting the requirements for the project.
