Personal Journal Entry 4/10/2015
This week the PM’s drafted and reviewed the risk management plan, as well as the progress of our final deliverable’s. We met with the BA’s it was nice to see the hard work Karan has put into the prototype it looks awesome. As usual all but one of the BA’s was at the meeting and we spoke about contingency plans if the BA doesn’t do the work he has been assigned by the group. We will be meeting next week to check the status of the final deliverable’s and do a walk through of the presentation.
