MIS 3535 – Journal Entry 2
This was a productive week developing drafts for our product schedule, budget, and scope. Our team decided to break up the assignments Nicholas worked on the draft of the project budget, Dennise worked on the project scope, and I worked on the draft of the project schedule. I developed the project schedule by researching online and looking at previous documentation from the project managers I had last semester.
I attended the second interview for the project, which I thought went well and our teams business analyst’s asked good informative questions. After the interview we held a meeting with the business analyst to recap the interview and what our future objectives for the project will be. I still haven’t heard from one of the business analyst, so my goal next week will be to make contact with him.
