Personal Journal Entry Week Ending 4/24/15
This was a busy week with all the final deliverable’s getting finished and the BA’s working on their presentation. We had a group meeting with the BA’s and PM’s Monday to review the presentation and make recommendations. The BA’s met again on Tuesday to practice the presentation. I heard feedback from the BA’s that the presentation went well on Wednesday and I think they had a really good prototype.
The BA’s and PM’s both held meetings Sunday at the Tech Center to finalize all the final deliverable’s due for Monday. After finishing the report I wrote a hand written lessons learned report to reflect on what went well and what didn’t. If I had to do anything differently I would try confronting the BA that didn’t communicate with the PM’s face to face. I learned a lot during the course and I hope one day I will be able to utilize the tools Doyle taught in the course.
