Personal Journal Entry #5
This week I worked on drafting a org chart for the project. Denisse worked on a RACI chart and we also worked on a list of stakeholders. In class, I learned that the org chart should only include team members of the project, stakeholders will be on a separate list. RACI chart’s are an important resource that we will likely see in the future when working on projects, and are an easy way to see whose accountable for what tasks.
