Journal Entry # 5
This week Nick made changes to the Org Chart and the Budget. We also had a meeting with our BA’s to assign the final deliverable’s. Two BA’s went to the meeting and one of the BA’s has still yet to make any communication with our team. The BA’s are having a meeting this weekend and we asked them to assign the final deliverable’s during the meeting.
At this point we need to start meeting every week, even if other team members don’t feel its necessary. We also need to create a sense of urgency because I don’t think all the BA’s realize how much work they have to do for the project. Also, it may be time to call out the BA who hasn’t made contact with us to the Professor. I hope it doesn’t get to that point because from my understanding he is taking the course for the second time and probably doesn’t need the professor knowing he’s not been a factor in the project thus far.
