Personal Journal Entries # 3
This week was not as productive as other weeks since both the BA’s and PM’s had our first exam. Next week will be the third and final interview. We are planning to meet with our BA’s after the interview to see what progress they have accomplished and determine what direction they plan on going for the project. Also, it will be important to start recording actual’s which will be documented therefore we can see where the team stands on meeting our short term wins and milestones.
