MIS 3535 Personal Journal
For the week ending February 6th: The past week I met with my group’s business analyst before their interview to establish a value proposition and answer any questions they had about the interview process. My group and I also held a kickoff meeting the day after the interview to again establish our value proposition and answer and questions the BA’s had about the project and the course. It appears that a couple of the BA’s haven’t made any contact with me our any of the project managers for the project. Next week I will try to reach out to these members to establish communications. My group and I also drafted some initial documentation for risk management plan, communications plan, quality management plan, and change management plan. Over the next week the focus will be to meet with our business analyst to evaluate where they stand on the project and draft the scope, budget, and project schedule documentation.
