I’d say cloud computing for both questions. Both are very valuable to an organizations success. It’s hard to pick one because I feel that it depends on what your business focuses on in order to figure out which is more important to a company. It has a huge impact! Keeping the customer data (pertinent contact info, purchases, # of jobs, total invoices, invoices paid, not paid, etc…) in one central place for anyone to access and see the entire life cycle of a client in one spot is critical to any business these days. I feel like every choice I make I take myself through a decision tree. From getting up at 6am to workout or sleeping in and working at after work. My current career is sales and I sell B2B outbound teleservices (telemarketing solutions). I actually use flow charts (similar to Swimlanes) to help sell my solutions.
