One KPI that I see on a regular basis is the amount of diamond dollars I use in a day on campus. I think mistake #6, “missing the data type,” is the most important to avoid. It is imperative to know what data you’re working with, and what unit it is measured in. If this mistake happens, all of the data can be skewed, and the analysis can be extremely wrong.
