In my line of work Supply Chain a decision tree could be very useful for everyday decisions. An example would be how long it would take to get a customer it’s product. There are a lot of things that have to be considered and gone over. This would help them determine if they are able to be a specific lead time they told the customer regarding their product.

I have not used either one of these in my experiences in my career. I have however used information services and different software with the various roles and fields that I have worked.
