I have made the mistake before of not including the word “false” as the 4th vlookup parameter. It was for a personal finance class and we were pulling information out of a grocery list. One piece of conventional wisdom I’ve heard is “no pain, no gain.” While this is a phrase used in a multitude of contexts, for my purposes Ill be testing out workouts that result in delayed onset muscle soreness, aka “the pain”, and compare them to workouts that do not cause delayed onset muscle soreness.
