Describe your experience? Anybody staying on part-time? Anybody have a lead on a permanent job?

My experience was fantastic overall. I got exposed to different types of work tasks for my Technology Risk Advisory team. I talked to many people in other Advisory groups within Deloitte. I experienced the more stressful parts of the job and saw that it was bearable. I made new friends that I want to keep for a long time. I found the environment of professional services firms to be a great fit for me. I’m happy that I had the chance to intern this summer with Deloitte. I wrote a more detailed post about my experience on my MIS site http://community.mis.temple.edu/ngocpham/

I had an amazing experience. I learned a lot of useful skills and met great people throughout the company. Being my first corporate role in a company I got to experience the full experience by assisting several different departments. I started off in the service management office doing excel spreadsheets and footprints work. Then I transisted into the IT asset management department. I took apart over 200 desktop and labtop computer hard drives. After that I am currently finishing off my experience assisting the Desktop Engineering team by backing up and replacing over 30 employee desktops for workers who rely on this for their everyday work.

My experience at SAP was amazing. I learned so many tangible skills and intangible skills. I really like the SAP corporate culture and am trying to land a full time offer. One of the best part about working at SAP that I did not mention before is their food! They have many dinning options with amazing chefs that cook delicious food. Taco Tuesdays are my fave! I was able to get a full time offer for for the summer about a different project. Planning on having it turned into a full time offer!
I really like the part about gathering requirements proposing design solutions and actually building the site. looking forward to do something along those lines for full time! -
My time at goPuff was unforgettable. Being in a disruptive company, I have a chance to see such a historical moment to see the company grow so quick, make friends, know about people at goPuff. Also, the co-founders inspired me with their story and background. They are only a few years older than me and now own a multi-million dollar company! I was lucky enough to be here for the annual offsite to hear about goPuff visions, stories, and culture. It was the moment that I decided to apply after graduation.

I loved my QVC internship! I am not quite done as I still have about a week to go but thinking about leaving here is already bittersweet. I have really learned a lot of lessons during my time and cannot thank the QVC team enough for being so welcoming & caring. My team has been wonderful and they always have treated me as I am a part of them! I would love to take the opportunity of continuing my journey at QVC but unfortunately I won’t be able to commute to West Chester after the school year starts. Temple is quite far away and traffic tends to make it more difficult to get to the office. Nevertheless, I am excited for what my next internship holds! I am definitely considering applying to QVC for the next summer and maybe staying on for a longer time then.

My experience with Fox Run Brands is really beneficial. I have learned more about the customer goods and e-commerce industry. One of the most exciting things is that I have the chance to learn about Amazon advertising. I have been analyzing and creating different ads on both Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central. Working for this company will be one of my choices after graduation

For me, the internship ended today. I was waving goodbye and hugging my team, my project team, and the whole class of Ogilvy interns this afternoon. Excuse me as I got long-winded a bit.
After everything, I learned the foundation of almost all aspects of advertising: from research, planning, strategy, to creative, production, and (data-driven) delivery. My work in the Social Practice allows me to get between the tech and humanities. I learned to look at conversation data for peaks, percentages, while using my understanding of culture to decipher the core behind the conversations. I was tasked with looking out into the industry and find the best and latest in Social, to enrich both myself and my team; I got to look into social platforms to understand them inside and out.
The best part though is to get to know the people. The whole class of interns are genuine, kind, and incredible driven. I found out that my network expanded 3 folds with them in it, and that they taught me so much during my time working on a project with them.
I completed my internship with a greater network, many more friends, and a direction. I know that the Associates Program of Ogilvy is difficult thing to enter (no fast track I guess), but I will use every bit of myself and what I learned here to get in again.Still, Ogilvy has given me the ability and strength to go at opportunities, even ones I have not thought of.

My experience at RSM was very informative and fun. The team I worked with had a great group of people from the associate level, all the way up to partners. As far as the work I did, getting a chance to go behind the scenes of an ERP implementation was extremely informative. My only regret was that my time at this internship was so short, which limited my ability to learn even more. This internship as a consultant definitely allowed me to narrow down which direction I want to take my career. I’m coming into my last week, where I hope to receive word on whether I can come on full time.

My experience at Universal Health Services has been very positive. I have learned a lot and met many great people including the people on my team and the other interns on different teams. I never really considered going into a health care field, but it seems like a very rewarding job and the people that work here really love what they do. I have never worked in an office setting so it was very different for me, but the culture here seems like a good fit and something I could get used to. My supervisor has asked me to join the team full time when I graduate in December, which I am very fortunate for. I am excited to see where this experience will take me in my career.

I had an amazing experience at Campbells! I loved almost everything about it: the culture, the people, meaningful work for an intern. I’m very grateful for this internship and the impact it has had on me – as well as the opportunity for me to make an impact at the company.
I will stay on part-time during the year to lead a project that I’ve been working on – I’m very excited for the journey ahead!

I have had a great experience this summer with Cigna. I still have two more weeks left, and will spend the last week in Connecticut where the interns will be presenting our projects to senior leaders. The internship ends on the 17th, and I will find out if I will be offered a full-time position shortly after, but I am considering staying on part-time once school starts. Overall, my internship has been awesome and provided me with so many opportunities to learn, meet new people, and push myself out of my comfort zone. I’ve liked being a part of a program because it gave me the opportunity to meet full-time associates who are generally around the same age as me and hear about their experiences/why they chose Cigna. Everyone I’ve met has been so friendly and willing to help, which has made this learning experience very fun and I am very grateful that I got to spend my summer at such a great company.

Today my internship at Ernst and Young ended, and it was all that I could have ever wanted. I got to meet some extraordinary people and learn quality skills that will last me for a lifetime. I was able to network with employees and interns from all over the country and world this past week at our International Intern Leadership Conference in Disney. As well as get to hear some unbelievable speakers and take part in leadership/team-building activities. During the course of my internship I learned a lot about not just Risk Advisory but also myself and how I like to work. I am pleased to announce that I have been able to take this opportunity and turn it into a full-time offer for next year!

This has been a fantastic one, I will certainly remember it for the rest of my life. Beyond running Vitris I completed my bachelors degree, this assignment being the last one of my college career. We’ve grown a lot together at Vitris over the past couple months, I’m constantly looking back and thinking about what I’ve done wrong in the past which gives me a feeling of progress because we continue to overcome obstacles. Although the mistakes of the past bother me, they also help shape our wins of today so hopefully the mistakes I’m making today will shape our progress of the future.
I continue to receive job offers from recruiters, hiring managers and people in my network. However, I’m pretty happy with the position Vitris is in today and will keep working full-time for the foreseeable future.
