Goal Setting for Business Impact as a Manager

She covers topics such as how to properly form ambitious goals, how to achieve them, and how to have resilience in the workplace. One of the chapter quiz questions I was asked was along the lines of “why is it important to build resilience that helps you navigate challenges to your goals??” I answered “so that I would be better equipped to change”; I learned in this course that research shows people with higher levels of resilience help to navigate change more effectively. This relates to my career goals because I am excited to see how my resilience leads me to push through difficult changes, as well as establish clear, ambitious goals for myself in the future.
