About Me
Since starting at Temple University, I have acquired many skills belonging to fields including business analysis, project management, web development, and data analytics. I’m self-motivated and a quick learner, so I am always happy to learn new skills to apply to a job or project. A lot of the hands-on work I have had at my internship has been based in HTML, PHP, CSS, and a small amount of jQuery. Although at first I disliked the idea of becoming a programmer, after about a year of exposure, I developed a knack and a penchant for web development; however, I never had experience with object-oriented languages such as Java or C.
As I enter my career in IT, I am looking mostly at business analyst positions. I have had guided experience in the classroom with real companies, but I would like to expand my knowledge and bring those skills into the workplace. In addition, after traveling to Dublin, Ireland for a semester in the Fall of 2013, I have had a love for travel. So any job or contract work that would allow me to travel would certainly be a perk.
