Design Thinking for UX Design Managers
I completed the LinkedIn Learning course titled Design Thinking for UX Design Managers by Nevien Magdy in Summer 2024. This course provided valuable insights into leveraging design thinking to solve complex problems, particularly in managing UX teams. As an MIS major with a focus on UX design, I found the strategies for gathering actionable customer feedback and managing stakeholder expectations especially useful. The course emphasized boosting innovation through concept ideation, prototyping, and testing, which are essential skills for my future projects. I plan to apply these principles to foster a collaborative and customer-focused approach in my coursework and upcoming capstone project.
