This course, which was taught by leadership specialist Dave Labowitz, helped me comprehend the difference between management and leadership and the significance of adopting a leadership attitude. I gained proficiency in enhancing team member emotional connections, active listening, and communication. I also gained knowledge of crucial management techniques including removing obstacles, defining success using key performance indicators (KPIs), and fostering a supportive team environment.
