Personal Productivity for Product Managers
In Fall 2023, I completed a LinkedIn Learning course called “Personal Productivity for Product Managers” led by Shyvee Shi. The course taught me how to improve my productivity in a mindful way, which is essential for leading teams. Shyvee Shi shared five principles for mastering productivity, including how to organize information and the importance of rest. I also learned strategies for fighting procrastination and running effective meetings. This course is particularly relevant to my career goals in MIS, offering practical tools and techniques to enhance my leadership and productivity skills.
