Weekly Journal Entry 10/17
The team continued to make progress this week. Communication has improved between the BAs and PMs and the team has stuck to the plan for weekly meetings. The BAs have been practicing Justinmind and getting better at prototyping. They already started brainstorming ideas and have been collaborating effectively. The BA Harold has yet to show up to any of the meetings although he did start to communicate with the BAs, which is a tiny step in the right direction. However the PMs have not heard from him so we must continue looking for a strategy to get him to participate. The BAs have their second exam next week and the team is focusing on getting them ready for it. Preparing the BAs for their test shows that the PMs care about their success outside of the project and strengthens our relationship with them.
