Weekly Journal Entry 9/26
This week the BA’s got their first draft of the scope document done and completed their second interview. Everything is on track as far as the project and deliverables. Something that is working well for the team is the trust the BA’s have for the PM’s. They are not afraid to approach us for questions and help with their work. Communication between the PM’s and BA’s is an area that needs improvement. The PM’s communicate effectively through a group email thread but when we reach out to the BA’s via the team email thread we only sometimes get an answer. A suggested strategy for next week is to email the BA’s individually and if need be, call or text them directly.
